As always Gary called to say the van was ready to collect and informed us that their technician had located an oil leak on the engine block and was a big job. I recently had a slow puncture and needed a quick fix as I was due to go to an event towing a trailer the following day. After a quick call to Walker Cutting I was told they could squeeze me in that very afternoon and within 30 minutes the problem was sorted.

Fabulous, efficient service and reasonably priced so the following week I also booked my daughter’s car in for a full service which again went smoothly and we were talked through exactly what needed doing which gave us reassurance that as an older car it was going to be fully roadworthy and safe.

I would like to thank you for looking after my son’s car regarding MOT and new tires.

We also booked his car in for a service which you informed me at the time that it appeared that a major service had been missed with no record or details available. You made a few telephone enquiries on our behalf to confirm your theory.

The garage where we purchased this car did stare that this was all completed but approached them again to find that this was not the case and they admitted this. They completed a 4-year service and provided a breakdown of what work had been undertaken at zero cost.

Therefore through your own generosity with time and your experience saved me nearly £200 and in the process didn’t make any money from this however by doing the right thing deserves nothing but praise and would recommend your services to anyone I can.”

I got my first car last year, nothing fancy just a little runaround but it gave me so much freedom and independence being at Uni in Liverpool. When Polly (my car) started making strange noises, whilst I was back home in Sheffield for the weekend, I knew something was definitely wrong.
